Bernie Kropfelder is an executive with extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management positions. Mr. Kropfelder was most recently the COO of Bedrock Brands, a portfolio company managing brands like St. Joseph Aspirin and Digel. Prior to that he was the EVP / GM of Ilex Consumer Products Group. Mr. Kropfelder was also President of Ashland Hardware, a B2B Business of Newell Rubbermaid. He also spent over 15 years in various roles Sales, Marketing and Execuitve Management roleswith Black & Decker. Mr. Kropfelder's experience at managing and growing CPG companies has led to creating significant increases in investor valuation. Corey Singman

Mr. Singman has had a successful career by bringing a unique skill set to Investment Banking transactions. By combining the ability to source, structure and place, Mr. Singman has enjoyed success in the areas of private equity, venture capital and corporate restructuring. As a result of this diverse experience and knowledge base, Mr. Singman has the ability to create value in virtually any industry and at any point in a company’s growth cycle. In addition, Mr. Singman has an extensive international business network. Previously, Mr. Singman was the Head of Investment Banking at Wynston Hill Capital (WHC), where he was responsible for all investment banking activities. At WHC, Mr. Singman led banking engagements that include: Calgon Bath and Beauty, a venerable consumer brand in the bath and body soap business, Smith Electric Vehicles , the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial electric vehicles and Greenwave Reality, a global innovator of Smart Home Services. Mr. Singman graduated from the University of Maryland, with a B.A. in English in 1991.

Bruce Shalett

Mr. Shalett has enjoyed success in a variety of different roles in the financial services arena, specifically in the areas of private equity, venture capital and corporate restructuring. Early in his career, Mr. Shalett spent a number of years in management consulting, where he provided strategic advisory services to Fortune 100 clients. As a result of this diverse experience and knowledge base, Mr. Shalett has the ability to create value in virtually any industry and at any point in a company’s lifecycle. Currently Mr. Shalett serves as controlling shareholder and the Executive Co-Chairman of Intelligent Quisine, a patented frozen food program clinically proven to lower the four leading causes of heart disease. In this role, Mr. Shalett has led the effort to create a business strategy, build an operational capability and executive team, as well as leading capital raising efforts.Previously, Mr. Shalett was the Founder and the Managing Partner of Wynston Hill Capital (WHC), where he was responsible for all of the activities of the firm, with a specific focus on investment banking activities. At WHC, Mr. Shalett led banking engagements and made principal investments in the following companies: Gourmet Express Inc., the country’s largest producer of private label frozen skillet meals, Calgon Bath and Beauty, a venerable consumer brand in the bath and body soap business, and Smith Electric Vehicles US, a leading manufacturer of commercial electric vehicles. In addition to acting as banker, Mr. Shalett has served as Secretary and Director of Smith Electric Vehicles US, and as a Director of Gourmet Express Inc. Mr. Shalett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with a B.S. in Economics in 1988, and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1993. Bruce currently resides in Westchester, New York with his wife and 2 sons. If given the opportunity, Mr. Shalett will tell virtually anyone he meets about his TWO holes-in-one, and brag about his wife and children.

Jeff Ela

Jeff Ela is a proven Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain Executive. He has managed the direct manufacturing as well as direct and indirect Sourcing Operations. Mr. Ela has managed transitions from direct manufacturing to full out sourced operations. Mr. Ela is a proven expert in Global operations and Sourcing. He has also managed the direct and third party Distribution and Transportation operations. He a proven tracked record of delivering meaningful productivity gains that are key to delivering investor value. Mr Ela has worked as VP of Operations for ILEX Consumer Products Group, Newell Rubbermaid and DAP. He was also a Director at Sweethart Cup. James Astrachan

Jim Astrachan is a principal in Baltimore’s Astrachan Gunst Thomas, P.C., a member of the Maryland, D.C. and Pennsylvania bars, and a national speaker and writer on intellectual property topics. A substantial part of Jim’s practice involves litigating and mediating copyright, trademark trademark, trade secret, defamation, idea misappropriation and technology related matters. For 15 years Jim has been an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law teaching Trademark and Unfair Competition and Copyright law. He is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and the Maryland Bar Foundation, and chairs The Daily Record’s Legal Editorial Advisory Board. He has a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an LL.M. (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center. He was named Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer of the Year in 2015, Trademark Lawyer of the Year in 2013 and Copyright Lawyer of the Year in 2012 by Best Lawyers as well as BEST LAWYER and SUPER LAWYER for many years.
